A sale contract (aqd al-bay') forms once we confirm your order. Both parties act in good faith on accurate information.

Terms and timelines are disclosed clearly upfront. You can cancel any pre-order before dispatch for a full refund, no penalty.

No interest (riba) on any order or delayed payment arrangement.

Risk transfers to you on delivery. Losses or major delays due to our or our courier's error are resolved with replacement or refund at no cost to you.
